The only major chain here in Yuma besides KFC, they've been on point in lieu of delivering tasty chicken and good customer service.
Tonight I ordered the Family meal, the big one and we enjoyed it. Later, I had an upset stomach but I'm pretty sure it was from me eating more 'fast food' recently than the store's fault (I also ate KFC at a volunteer event last weekend).
Still, it's a decent store that shells out the goods, with a hard working staff. You can't go wrong with that.

The cashier was very friendly. It's super hot in the eating area. Maybe broken AC. I understand it's very hot outside and they ate continuously frying food in the kitchen but it's not reasonable that it's this hot. Other food places manage just fine. So here's the actual reason I decided to write a review. I rarely write/review. I am literally waving my hands around my food to keep the flies off. That's not acceptable. They should have a blower above the door to minimize fly entry. GROSS.

Dirty and got my order wrong.
Of course, it being a to go order I didn't find out till I got home that they didn't give me macaroni and cheese, but mashed potatoes and gravy.
The entire restaurant could use a good cleaning. When I arrived, the dining room had dirty tables everywhere.
I think corporate probably needs to have a talk with this franchisee. -

Were out of everything I wanted to order. I guess its too much to ask for them to label which chicken is spicy and which one isnt. Kid rolled his eyes and said they put it in the same box with a divider. And then just says that the spicy one is "usually" darker. Ok thanks. Didnt have to be rude and have an additude. Could have just said you were too lazy to pull out a sharpie. Now I have to mess up some chicken to see which is which

The food was just ok. I did not like the breast was cut. Seems like only half which it was. Muffin was good. Chicken was very greasy which I did not like. Tables clean but floor not so much.
